I am the Director of Mission and Evangelism at Cranmer Hall, Durham. I am also the Director of the Centre for Church Planting Theology and Research, a centre aiming to bring church planting and theology into dialogue.
My research focuses primarily on issues related to mission, spirituality, liturgy, and the nature of the Church.
I also help to edit two monograph series with Cascade, Wipf & Stock: Analyzing Theology, a series of short, accessible monographs in analytic and exegetical theology, edited with Jonathan Rutledge and Christa McKirland. And New Studies in Trauma and Theology, a series of monographs exploring the intersection of Christian theology and trauma studies, edited with Scott Harrower, Preston Hill, and Chelle Stearns. Please get in touch if you are interested in contributing to either series.
I am married to Eleanor and have 3 children. I enjoy good coffee, craft beer, and whisky.
